It’s a combination of nectars from a variety of wildflowers and a hint of sweet clover. 
It has a bold and sweet taste, with a hint of cinnamon. Tastes like apple pie with vanilla ice cream. Truly a special honey!
Perfect to pair with charcuterie boards, wine an cheese, drizzle on desserts, and use in your tea & coffee, and glaze all meats.
