Our New Dandelion/Berries Honey.
Just Harvested this month. 
A combination of nectars from dandelions, blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries in Colorado. 
It has a sweet and light flavor profile with an aftertaste of fresh berries and flowers.
 
Perfect to pair with charcuterie boards, use in your tea or coffee, and glaze meats for a sweet and savory profile.
